Building the Next Generation of Regional Leaders
Leadership Loveland-Johnstown is the premier leadership development program of the Greater Loveland-Johnstown Area Chamber of Commerce. The program is designed to educate, inspire, and connect emerging and established leaders while providing an in-depth understanding of the people, organizations, industries, and public institutions that shape the Loveland-Johnstown region.
Participants gain firsthand knowledge of regional issues, develop lasting professional relationships, strengthen leadership skills, and become more engaged in improving the quality of life and economic vitality of Northern Colorado.

Program Objectives
Leadership Loveland-Johnstown is designed to:
• Develop informed and engaged community leaders.
• Build lasting relationships among business, nonprofit, education, and government leaders.
• Increase awareness of the opportunities and challenges affecting the Loveland-Johnstown region.
• Strengthen leadership, communication, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Encourage lifelong civic involvement and volunteerism.
On the second Tuesday of each month from September to May, Leadership Loveland-Johnstown program participants will attend monthly one-day seminars. During the year, the class will be introduced to a diverse curriculum that includes in-depth information on areas including:

Graduation Celebration
Designed by the Leadership Loveland-Johnstown Steering Committee, the seminar format will consist of information and discussion on issues related to the program topics. In addition, the participants will experience decision-making and leadership styles. The program formats vary, but each will include ample opportunity for participant involvement and interaction.
Graduates of this program have gone on to become active leaders within the community. The Chamber encourages City Council members and people seeking political office to participate in Leadership Loveland-Johnstown if they have not done so. Anyone seeking or serving in a position of leadership in their company or community would greatly benefit from taking this class.
