This program is the largest of its kind in the nation. in 2026 we will be Celebrating 80 years of sending LOVE through LOVELAND.
The Loveland Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Postal Service have been teaming up for 80 years with their internationally renowned Valentine Re-mailing Program.

Miss Loveland Valentine 2025 – Ella Pettit

Since 1962, Loveland has been selecting a Miss Loveland Valentine. We are proud to announce Ella Pettit is our 63rd Miss Loveland Valentine.

With honor and pride Ella  will represent the community of Loveland throughout the 2025 year.

She also receives scholarship funds toward her college education awarded from a trust established by the founders of the Loveland Valentine Program, Ted and Mabel Thompson.

Miss Valentine, Ella Pettit, is Loveland’s spokesperson, as she makes many presentations throughout the community.

Over the years, the title of Miss Loveland Valentine has been held with honor and pride as this young woman spends the year representing our community.

For more than 50 years Miss Valentine has met the Governor, presenting him with a special gift from Loveland and an official Loveland Valentine card. For 56 years she has made a formal presentation to the Senate. On occasion, she has also met with the Lieutenant Governor and the treasurer. The official Miss Valentine Chaperones, Norma Jean Goodheart.

Schedule of 2025 Events for Miss Valentine Ella Pettit also includes the Valentines Press Conference, First Stamping of Loveland Valentines, attend the yearly Sweetheart Festival, a State Capitol visit and the Loveland Corn Roast Parade.
