The Leadership Loveland Class of 2024-2025 has selected a “Community Clothing Closet” at McKee Medical Center. A community closet is a resource that many hospitals have across the country. Hospitals see a wide variety of situations every day. Patients arrive at the hospital in various conditions which could include some who have had their clothing cut off, ripped, torn, etc. When these patients leave the hospital, they do not want to send them back into the world in just a gown, so if the hospital has a community closet, they are able to provide proper clothing for these individuals to leave the hospital in a more dignified manner.
Currently accepting clothing for all seasons for men, women and children of all ages. From March 31st – May 2nd you can drop off new or gently used items at:
McKee Medical Center, City of Loveland (Pulse location on SW 14th), Loveland Police Department, Weedin Insurance Agency, Desk Chair, Club Loveland, M&E Painting, and Blue Federal Credit Union.
