In an unprecedented move, instead of awarding an individual with The Heart Award, this year the Loveland Chamber of Commerce honored the City of Loveland. TheCity mobilized to rescue, repair and rebuild after the September 2013 flood that devastated vast regions of the Front Range, saving lives and the city’s water supply.
