Kimberly Artis is a Colorado native who has lived in Northern Colorado for the last 35 years. For more than 20 years of that she has worked for U.S. Bank as a Banker, Assistant Manager, Float Banker, and currently a Branch Manager. As part of her role with U.S. Bank she has also served as an Ambassador for the Loveland Chamber of Commerce for over 16 years. Kimberly prides herself in building personal connections with both her clients and her businesses she meets through the chamber. One of the greatest benefits from her chamber membership is meeting businesses that she would never even know existed without the chamber networking events. She really enjoys getting to connect others that can benefit from knowing each other as well. Being involved in community events is another enjoyable piece of this committee. One of her favorites is the Annual Corn Roast Festival. Kimberly is married, the proud parent of two adult children, and a Mimah twice over!

I moved to Fort Collins with my family when I was just one year old, and I grew up there until 2011 when we moved to Loveland. My roots in Loveland run deep, dating back to the early 1900s, and I have fond memories of visiting my grandparents who lived near the Sugar Factory. Like many others, I fell in love with Loveland’s small-town charm and the friendly people who are dedicated to making our city a wonderful place to live and thrive. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, spending time with my kids and dogs, exploring local shops, and taking in the beauty of Colorado’s outdoors. I’m grateful to live in a place where I can truly enjoy all the things that make this state special. I began my adventure in the Insurance Industry in May of 2020. Although I started in an administrative role, I quickly realized my passion for educating families and businesses about their insurance coverage. This led me to pursue my insurance licensing and certifications in both business and personal insurance lines, and I became a Property Casualty (PC) representative in May 2021. I strive to simplify the insurance process, helping individuals and businesses feel confident in their coverage, both now and in the future. I believe it’s crucial to understand the policies you have in place, so you can avoid the risks of misunderstanding and ensure your protection is comprehensive. I take pride in being proactive about staying informed on industry changes and keeping my clients updated on anything that may impact them. Customer service is at the heart of what I do, and I’m dedicated to empowering others to safeguard their legacies and future.

She got her start in banking in 1999 as a part time teller, having then the opportunity to work in various retail banking roles over the years. She enjoys building personal and business relationships, being their trusted financial partner, as well as helping in the community. Prior to my insurance career, I owned two clinics of alternative health care in Dillon, Colorado, where I practiced acupressure. We raised our two children there and my husband Tom was a general contactor. We spent 30 wonderful years in Summit County and enjoy visiting friends who still brave the long winters. Deanna had been in banking for 30 years prior to joining the staff of the Loveland Chamber of Commerce. She is passionate about connecting businesses and helping small businesses thrive. Deanna has lived in Loveland and Berthoud since her family moved here in 1974. At Independent Financial she was Portfolio Manager, AVP where she manages a consumer loan portfolio and helps with business development for the Loveland/ Berthoud Market. She is now the Business Programs & Events director for the Chamber of Commerce and couldn't be happier. Deanna is a volunteer and Board member for Meals on Wheels as a weekly driver. She also serves on the board for Santa Cops of Larimer County, she is currently the Vice President for her ESA Chapter, Sigma Rho, Affiliate committee member for LBAR and a Thompson FFA Advisory Board Member. Her hobbies include fishing with her husband Dave, Camping with her family and Disney Cruises. She has served as a Loveland Chamber Ambassador for 10 years and served as ambassador chair two times. Deanna likes to volunteer for Meals on Wheels, Be the Gift, Loveland Habitat for Humanity and Valentine stamping program.

Brooke is a Loveland girl at heart. She was born in Loveland and after spending some of her childhood years living in Kansas and Missouri, she returned and has made Loveland her home. Brooke is an Accountant and has been with Mueller Pye & Associates, CPA since November 2008. She leads their Accounting Department and has developed an expertise with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online. She enjoys working with small businesses on their accounting systems and growing their business. In September 2017 Brooke and her husband Mike purchased Ink It Over Promos. Ink It Over Promos provides promotional products, apparel and custom gifts to small businesses and individuals. Ink It Over Promos gives Brooke the opportunity to let her creative side shine and she loves designing new products and helping business come up with new promotions. In February 2009, Brooke was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Through her journey and being cancer free, Brooke has a new passion for raising awareness and assisting other women on their journey. Brooke helped form Team STABOS (Save Them All Big or Small) a local non-profit that partners with The McKee Foundation to raise awareness and funds for patients in their journey with breast cancer. Since Team STABOS began in 2010 they have raised over $100,000. Brooke loves being part of the Chamber and became an Ambassador in 2019. She enjoys all the people she has met through the chamber and looks forward to all the fun ribbon cuttings and events. She feels the Chamber has been instrumental in growing their business as well as the opportunity it provides her and Mike to volunteer and give back to the Loveland community. Brooke and Mike have two adult children, Tanner and Rylee.

Sam Salazar has worked in the real estate industry since 2013, bringing experience in both property management and community development. She currently serves as Director of the Design Review Committee & Community Design at Realberry, where she helps guide thoughtful, high-quality community development and design standards. Passionate about community involvement, Sam helped establish the Ambassador Program for the Children’s Museum of Northern Colorado and now serves on the museum’s board. She is also an active member of the FUEL of Loveland Leadership Team, supporting local leadership and engagement initiatives. In addition to being a proud Loveland native and Coloradoan, Sam is a wife, mom, creative spirit, and passionate supporter of small businesses and community engagement. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, visiting local wineries and breweries, tending to her chickens, and channeling her creativity through DIY projects, painting, and writing.

Aaron is a Colorado Native, Loveland resident since 2009, and joined the Bank Of Colorado team in 2017. He has been involved in just about every facet of community banking over the last 20 years and spent the past 15+ years honing his credit skills and analyzing loan requests for small to mid-sized businesses. Today Aaron primarily focuses on providing real estate and business loan & deposit solutions for new and existing customers in the growing Northern Colorado market. Aaron always serves the best interest of his clients first by building lifetime personal relationships in a community bank setting with a helpful, easy, and personal approach.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. He is active in the Fort Collins and Loveland communities and volunteers for various community organizations and events. He is also a new member of the Loveland Chamber Ambassadors Group and enjoys cultivating new relationships with like-minded professionals and promoting the many benefits of Chamber membership and Loveland Community.

Regina was born in Fort Collins, Colorado and grew up in Fort Collins until she left for college in Charleston, SC- Johnson and Wales University. She received her Bachelor’s in Culinary Nutrition and her Associate’s in Culinary Arts. She moved around the world to amazing locations like Anguilla in the Caribbean and Alaska to live and gain work experience. She settled in the Providence/Boston area of the US for about 10-12 years and then decided it was time to move closer to her family in Fort Collins.

When she moved back to Fort Collins she became a yoga instructor and received her certification in hot yoga from Core Power and loves to do it on the side. Regina has always been in some form of sales/education throughout her life and now she focuses her life and joy on the home/business flooring and countertop side of sales. She has been in design/sales for the home for many years, even in the Boston area. She loves to meet new people and create lasting relationships.

Regina has been working for Graham’s Flooring and Design for about 4 plus years. In Regina’s words, “the culture that we have within our work team is definitely the best thing about Graham’s Flooring and Design. It is amazing to come to work every day with a team that loves what they do. Our team celebrates wins that we each have throughout the week. We are radical about coming up with solutions to problems that are small or big. The Graham’s Flooring and Design team has fun at work even through the crazy Covid- 19 times. We are a wonderful work family that loves and supports each other through the daily life we call work.”

Bank of Colorado, Senior Vice President, Development officer Originally from Staten Island New York, and graduate of Loveland High School, Debbie made a permanent move back to Colorado in 1994. Debbie began her banking career while attending college in Seattle, Washington in 1989. For the past 16 years, she has been lender, and manager of the Berthoud Branch for Independent Financial. Debbie holds licenses in Colorado for Life, Health and Disability Insurance, is a Registered Paraplanner from the College of Financial Planning and Certified Senior Advisor with the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. She has prior experience as a Series 7 and 66 Registered Advisor in Investment Brokerage. Debbie is experienced in, Consumer & Commercial Lending, Financial Planning, Private Banking, Business Banking, Real Estate and Branch Financial Management. Community Service includes current roles as the Board Chair for the Loveland Downtown Partnership, Treasurer & Past President of the Commercial Real Estate Women’s Northern Colorado Chapter, Director on the Government Affairs Committee with the Loveland Berthoud Association of Realtors, and Ambassador with the Loveland Chamber of Commerce. Debbie is a Leadership Loveland Graduate and has served as an Executive Board Director & Chair of the Loveland Chamber of Commerce. She also served as Board VP, Treasurer & Marketing Committee Chair for Thompson Valley Health Services District (EMS) and was Trustee, Board of Directors for the Loveland Elks Lodge and Chair of their Historic Building Rehab Project. In prior years, Debbie served as Board President for the Berthoud Chamber of Commerce, Past Economic Development Committee Chair for the Berthoud Main Street Program and as a Director on the Berthoud Economic Resource Team. Major Achievements - Debbie and her husband Craig have owned and operated several successful small businesses, most recently a high end custom home theater/electronics businesses in Loveland. Together they have raised 5 children, and have 8 grandchildren. Debbie was recognized as a Notable Women in Banking in 2021 by BizWest, awarded a “Women of Distinction“ award in 2019 by BizWest. In 2015 she received the most honorable “The Heart Award of Loveland” from the Loveland Chamber of Commerce, which is an award for those who demonstrate selflessness, leadership and community pride, without receiving monetary or professional rewards. Fun Facts – Before learning how to drive a vehicle, one of the first income generating skills learned upon moving to Colorado, was learning how to trap, skin & tan various animal hides to be sold to fur traders in Loveland.

In that role, he monitors the legislative landscape throughout northern Colorado and the state including key relationships with lawmakers and civic officials. A resident of Loveland since 1984, Bill has worked closely with veterans programs in northern Colorado and is passionate about the great things our community has to offer.

She works closely with our Single Moms, connecting with them not just through home repair projects, but also showing them they are seen, valued, and never alone. Katie loves being an Ambassador for the Loveland Chamber and is thrilled to be the New 2025 Ambassador Chair! One of her favorite things to do is provide opportunities for people to work together, as well as meeting new people, so be sure to come say hello!
