Metro Districts with Steve O’Dorisio

Send us a text

Metro districts in Colorado offer several benefits, particularly for new developments. They allow developers to finance essential infrastructure like roads, sewer lines, and parks, which can be funded through tax-exempt bonds, potentially lowering upfront costs for homebuyers and accelerating construction. These districts also can manage services like open space and parks, improving neighborhood livability and potentially reducing HOA fees.

Metro Districts are a critical funding tool to help build quality development projects, providing additional affordable housing, critical infrastructure and public spaces.  Join us as we discuss Metro Districts with Steve O'Dorisio

Leadership Loveland “Community Closet” Class Project 2025

Send us a text

The Leadership Loveland Class of 2024-2025 has selected a “Community Clothing Closet” at McKee Medical Center.  A community closet is a resource that many hospitals have across the country. Hospitals see a wide variety of situations every day. Patients arrive at the hospital in various conditions which could include some who have had their clothing cut off, ripped, torn, etc. When these patients leave the hospital, they do not want to send them back into the world in just a gown, so if the hospital has a community closet, they are able to provide proper clothing for these individuals to leave the hospital in a more dignified manner.

Currently accepting clothing for all seasons for men, women and children of all ages.  From March 31st – May 2nd you can drop off new or gently  used items at:

McKee Medical Center, City of Loveland (Pulse location on SW 14th), Loveland Police Department, Weedin Insurance Agency, Desk Chair, Club Loveland, M&E Painting, and Blue Federal Credit Union.
