Postcards can be mailed through Loveland’s Valentine Re-Mailing Program. Just be sure to send your pre-addressed, pre-stamped valentine in an enclosed, larger First Class envelope.
Then send all envelopes to:

For delivery by Valentine’s Day, your valentine must be delivered to the Loveland Post Office by these dates:
U.S. mail: Feb. 7th
Colorado mail: Feb. 9th
