Many business owners and leaders believe that “sales training doesn’t work.” And since many of them are referring to a single, quick-fix event, they’re right.
However, Sandler’s sales training does work. That’s because it’s built around the concept of incremental growth and change over time. Our sales training is supported by repetition, reinforcement, coaching, and accountability.
We know that salespeople aren’t likely to implement a particular strategy or tactic unless it’s part of an overall behavioral plan. But a behavior plan needs to be supported by the appropriate attitude and outlook. That’s why Sandler Training addresses all three areas necessary for success—attitude, behavior, and technique.
Sandler Training provides training and consulting solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses, as well as for Fortune 500 companies. As a global training organization with over three decades of experience, we have an unequalled network of more than 250 Sandler Training Centers in the USA, Canada, and 25 other countries around the world.

Mission Statement:
“Continuing the Skillman family business tradition by providing “Exceptional Customer Service in
Northern Colorado since 1968.”

Born in Yuma, Colorado and moving to Fort Collins in 1967 I have made Northern Colorado my home for life.
After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado I began my teaching career at Walt Clark Middle School in the early 1980’s. I joined the Loveland Volunteer Fire Department in 1988 then had the opportunity to join the fire department full-time in the Fire Prevention Bureau. I spent the next 15 years at LFR engaged with the development community, city, county and regional government and emergency response. I worked my way up through the department ranks serving as Fire Inspector, Lieutenant, Captain, Fire Marshal and achieving my highest rank as Division Chief and Emergency Manager. I then had the privilege to serve as the Health, Safety and Security Manager at Platte River Power Authority.
After serving 24 years in the public sector of employment, I decided to venture into the private sector and began my life venture in Real Estate.
I’m married to my lovely and supportive wife Karen who works at the City of Loveland and have two wonderful step-daughters Jinnie and Tanya and two grand boys, Tyler and Tryston who live in Kansas with their mom, Jinnie.
