LOVELAND, COLO. — NOVEMBER 18, 2013 — Experience the magic of the season among thousands of LED lights illuminating Centerra as Santa and Mrs. Claus return for the holidays.
Santa and his elves are setting up his Workshop at The Group, Inc., 5401 Stone Creek Circle, located in Centerra for the first three Saturdays in December. Jolly Ole Saint Nick is eager to hear all the wishes of those who were naughty and nice, and Mrs. Claus is preparing her storytelling and a fun craft activity work station. Santa’s helpers will park his sleigh and help capture those special holiday moments for families, with free printed photos courtesy of Kodak available to each guest.
While Santa collects wishes, fresh baked cookies, complimentary ornament decorating, a coloring contest, and story time for all the little boys and girls will be offered. When it’s time for some fresh air, families can head outside for hot cocoa and enjoy complimentary horse drawn wagon rides. The Thompson Valley High School Band will also be performing from 1 – 2 p.m. on all three Saturdays.
Santa’s Workshop Schedule:
December 7 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
December 14 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
December 21 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

In conjunction with the Workshops, Centerra will host a winter clothing drive to benefit Loveland’s House of Neighborly Service. New and gently used winter clothing items for all ages are in need this holiday season, including jackets, scarves, gloves, boots and sweaters. Clothing may be dropped off in the donation box located inside The Group’s entrance and will also be accepted during normal business hours when the Workshops are not in session.
The community can enjoy Centerra’s holiday lighting program that includes more than 250 lit trees, 32 snowflakes and over 3,800 strands of LED lights throughout the community. Hues of warm white and cool sapphire blue will illuminate Centerra starting November 29, 2013 and run through February 2014 at the main retail and business entrances.
