At The Loveland Chamber of Commerce, we truly appreciate our investors and we strive everyday to bring more value to their relationship with The Chamber. It is great to know that our investors appreciate us too.
This area has been dedicated to investor testimonials and it gives them a chance to pass on what they have learned through their relationship with The Chamber to you.
I’ve been involved with the Loveland Chamber or Commerce for almost 20 years. Seven years ago, I joined the Chamber with Konica Minolta Business Solutions. Throughout that time, the Chamber has been one of my primary sources of lead generation. The proof is directly reflected in my business growth. Based on my recent calculations, over the last 12 months, even in this slow economy, I have had in excess of $200,000 in equipment revenue as a direct result of my involvement with the Chamber. In addition, all of the clients I have gained through my Chamber participation have been new client acquisitions – not return customers. Compared to my investment in the Chamber, this is a tremendous ROI for me and Konica Minolta.
I am highly involved with the Loveland Chamber, as an Ambassador, as a member of the Board of Directors, as a committee member and as someone who tries my best to be involved. The Business after Hours provides a key networking opportunity with potential partners and customers. The Chamber is an opportunity and tool for local businesses to capitalize on. The more you use or participate in the available programs and services, the more you will get out of it.
During this recent economy , Konica Minolta’s success has been in it’s ability to save clients money, while improving their business equipment needs and increasing their office productivity. When times are tough you must do everything you can to help attract new business. An investment in the Loveland Chamber of Commerce when the economy is slow will only help your business grow and improve dramatically when the economy strengthens.
Bond stated that “like life” the more you put into the Chamber, the more you get back from it.
What programs would you recommend to new investors or business owners?
I would recommend the business after hours (BAH) and ambassadors program as excellent ways to leverage your time and maximize your networking and business exposure.
Also the economic gardening program gives new and local businesses an almost unfair advantage over their competition in identifying, locating, marketing to, and connecting with potential new customers in their core demographic. It is an invaluable tool that is unique in its scope to Loveland.
In your opinion what aspect of The Chamber would be the most beneficial to new business owners?
The education available can be very beneficial to new businesses, giving them the knowledge, skills and tools to be successful.
