Payroll Company Continues to Learn Best Practices to Better Serve Clientele


Fort Collins, CO – October 8, 2014 – Payroll Vault, a leading cloud-based payroll service provider and franchisor, announced today the close of its second annual franchisee conference hosted September 21-23, 2014 at the Inverness Hotel in Englewood, Colorado. The conference offered a dynamic and non-competitive forum where Payroll Vault franchise owners could connect to exchange ideas, participate in workshops, and learn through peer-to-peer interaction. 
Carol McElwain, Payroll Specialist and Operations Manager for Payroll Vault, was nominated by her manager and Payroll Vault owner, Melissa Clary prior to the conference for the prestigious Payroll Vault Dedication and Customer Service Award. McElwain’s nomination was accepted by the Payroll Vault franchise organization and she received company-wide recognition at the conference award ceremony. 
“Carol has been dedicated to her position and clients while performing beyond expectations since day one.
