Four businesses, E.L. Events (formerly Engaging Loveland), Fred’s Used Websites, Fyn Public Relations and Perfect Square, have each moved their offices to 239 E. 4th Street in downtown Loveland. The move comes at a time of growth for the individual organizations; each has a strong commitment to the Loveland community.

A centric location in Loveland is essential for E.L. Events to achieve its mission of creating extraordinary events to enrich its community, encourage collaboration and cultivate support for local businesses, municipalities and non-profits.

“After a brief hiatus, we are thrilled to be back on 4th Street. As we work to produce signature events in our community, our new location will make it easier for us to reach our partners and members of the community working with us to make our events possible,” said Kristine Koschke.

Fred's Used Websites has been creating custom website solutions for businesses, organizations and individuals for nearly seven years. Fred Richart, co-owner says about the decision to move downtown, “As a small business, we want to contribute to Loveland's growth and economic well being.

Officing with other businesses whose space needs dovetailed with ours made this move especially appealing.” Co-owner Maryjo Morgan continues, “We are pleased to tap into the great energy of downtown Loveland. It was amazing to experience the 'from-idea-to-reality' of the Rialto Theater Center and now we are just across the street! We support our Creative Sector, business neighbors and chamber, and the idea of making Loveland a destination [to further strengthen the local economy].”

For Fyn (pronounced “fine”) Public Relations, the move to downtown Loveland comes at a great time for the company, which has seen consistent growth throughout its first year. The Loveland location makes the firm more accessible to its clients across the state and brings Fyn PR into the heart of a community it loves.

“Since coming to the area in 2009, Loveland has held a special place in my heart. We see many advantages to our new location and look forward to what the future will bring,” said Nicole Yost, founder and president of Fyn PR. “Not only does our new location make us more accessible to current and future clients, but it will allow us to better support our community and capitalize on all that Loveland has to offer.”

Perfect Square

2012 has been a banner year for Loveland-based Perfect Square, which has expanded its client base considerably. Downtown is one of Loveland’s many active districts and we are excited to join with other businesses in the area.”
