By Erica Pauly

GrowSecure Insurance and Financial Services

Chuck Layman, Advisor of the Year Finalist
Chuck Layman was nominated as one of the Top 5 Advisors in the country in a national publication. Chuck Layman and Alicia Layman Lewis specialize in retirement planning.

Chuck Layman, President of GrowSecure Inc. Insurance and Financial Services has qualified as a top finalist for Advisor Of The Year in a national publication, putting him on the cover of the August Issue of Senior Market Advisor.

Layman’s piece covers his past experience and why he followed in his father’s footsteps in financial planning. He explains the beliefs of his company, his family life, and his personal goals for the future of the company; of which his daughter currently serves as Vice- President.

A section from the story reads “Mostly, he [Layman] loves working with the people of his Northern Colorado town. He loves helping them solve financial problems and tamping down any fears or confusion they might have. ‘The two main things I hear from people is that they’re afraid of losing money in the market because of the volatility and they’re worried about outliving their income.’”

When asked about his recent honor and how this achievement will affect his business, Layman reiterates a point from the recent article, “I think successful business always boils down to running an ethical practice and being honest and upfront about you who are and what you believe. People are going to pick up on that more than me being on the cover of a magazine.”

To order a copy of Senior Market Advisor or to meet with Chuck Layman call the GrowSecure office at 970-669-1225 and ask for Erica Pauly. Or visit his office online at to learn more about Chuck, his nomination and his company.
