Dawn Paepke, McKee Medical Center Foundation

There is no end to the abundance of giving, and that is especially true of Dawn Paepke of McKee Medical Center Foundation. Dawn is known throughout the community for her giving spirit. Her impressive list of contributions includes her dedication to young professionals  through the Stir Loveland Young Professionals’ Steering Committee.  Dawn’s contributions to Stir have earned her the recognition of April 2013 Featured Monthly Investor.

“Dawn has been a member of Stir since the beginning and joined the steering committee early on.  She has helped shape it with her involvement over the years. She brings energy and fun to the group, and has brought many great ideas,” said Rose Schlosser, current Stir Loveland chair.

“Dawn is a great asset to Stir, the Loveland Chamber of Commerce and the northern Colorado Community.  Her efforts to promote business and community involvement are always done with a smile on her face and her exuberant personality,” said William Delmar of Country Financial and Stir Loveland Steering Committee member.

In addition to her work with Stir, Dawn is an active member in the chamber and volunteers for various events and committees throughout the year, including the Annual Dinner Committee and as a judge for the Miss Loveland Valentine program.   She actively promotes business and community connections in all that she is involved in.

Hear it from Dawn:

How have you capitalized on your Loveland Chamber investment and what has it brought you?

Being a member of the Loveland Chamber has allowed me to become an active member of the Loveland community by providing ample opportunities to meet and partner with Loveland leaders.

What Chamber events, committees, etc., do you find the most valuable?

I’ve been on the steering committee for Stir for a few years, have been a part of the Annual Dinner committee for a couple of years and have been afforded the opportunity to be a judge for Miss Loveland Valentine, which is one of my favorite events of the year!

What would you say to someone considering Chamber investment?

Being part of the Loveland Chamber is the best way to meet the people that make Loveland tick. Membership allows you the opportunity to network with not only possible business partners, but really cool people to boot!

What has been the top benefit to you for your chamber involvement?

The top benefit for me personally is my involvement in Stir.  I’ve met a lot of wonderful young professionals that inspire and motivate me to contribute my best to the Loveland community.

Which events will we see you at in April/May?

I’ll be at the Stir events as well as the Loveland Community Health Fair and the Community Classic Bike Tour.
